Current Rental Rates and Policies All of our efficiencies and cottages are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A 10% discount is available for stays of 30 days or longer. Winter vacations - 30% deposit by Visa or Mastercard is required at the time of reservation. * Deposits are non-refundable or may be applied to a future reservation. Balance due by check 60 days before arrival, balance is non-refundable. Minimum deposit for Summer guests is one day's rent plus 11% or 30%, whichever is greater. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are not refundable for reservations from December 15 - May 1. Deposits refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation for the rest of the year, less a $50.00 processing fee. Payment must include all dates originally reserved. On Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Holidays: Winter rates apply unless weekly rental. Tax not included in rates. Rates subject to change Each additional person $20 per night Sorry ~ No Smoking - No Pets - No Boat, Trailer or RV Parking.
