All of our efficiencies and cottages are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Rates: Daily (available Weekly - Monthly) • Each additional person $20 per night Weekend Rates higher during May - August Winter/Spring: $240 - $395 • Holidays: $240 - $395 • Summer/Fall: $140 - $295 Rates are subject to change without notice. Policies Winter vacations - 30% deposit by Visa or Mastercard is required at the time of reservation. *Deposits are non-refundable or may be applied to a future reservation. Balance due by check 60 days before arrival, balance is non-refundable. Minimum deposit for Summer guests is one day's rent plus 11% or 30%, whichever is greater. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits are not refundable for reservations from December 15 - May 1. Deposits refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation for the rest of the year, less a $50.00 processing fee. A 10% discount is given for stays of 30 days or longer. Visa, M/C, cash, checks and traveler's checks accepted. Payment must include all dates originally reserved. On Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Holidays: Winter rates apply unless weekly rental. Tax not included in rates. Sorry ~ No Smoking - No Pets - No Boat, Trailer or RV Parking. There will be a charge for missing or damaged property, the need for excessive cleaning and overly soiled linens. * Call for details and conditions.
