Rental Policies
- Visa, Mastercard, cash, checks and traveler's checks accepted.
- Winter vacations - 30% deposit by Visa or Mastercard is
required at the time of reservation.
* Deposits are non-refundable or may be applied to a future reservation. Balance due by check 60 days before arrival, balance is non-refundable.
- Minimum deposit for Summer guests is one day's rent plus 11% or 30%,
whichever is greater. Balance is due upon arrival.
- Deposits are not refundable for reservations from December 15 - May 1. Deposits refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation for the rest of the year, less a $50.00 processing fee.
- Payment must include all dates originally reserved.
- On Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Holidays: Winter rates apply unless weekly rental.
- Tax not included in rates.
- Rates subject to change
- Each additional person $20 per night
- Sorry ~ No Smoking - No Pets - No Boat, Trailer or RV Parking.
- There will be an additional charge for missing or damaged property, the need for excessive cleaning and overly soiled linens.
