Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grill Doc Ford’s is different. It’s a sports bar with gourmet food and a superb chef. It’s also a place for book signings, entertainment, fishing guides, world travelers, working writers and anyone else who seeks out the unusual. The spirit of our fine sports bar was inspired by the marine biologist who is local author Randy Wayne White’s main character. Doc Ford is the baseball-loving, tropical adventurer who has spent a lot of time in far flung places, and he learned much about tropical food and fine rums along the way. |
